Liz McKay (Owner)
I’m Liz, the proud owner of Feather and Fringe in Westport, and your go-to esthetician for all things brows and lash lifts! I’ve been in the beauty business since 2015, and creating perfect brows and lashes is my passion. Whether it’s threading or airbrush eyebrows, I’m all about giving you those flawless features that make you feel confident and ready to take on the world.
Before opening Feather and Fringe in 2023, I owned Bare, A Skincare Experience for 2.5 years and before that got my start working at Benefit Cosmetics, where I mastered the art of brow magic.
When I’m not doing brows and lashes, you can find me doing Pilates, gardening, or enjoying a great meal at one of my favorite local spots. At home, I’m kept busy by my two daughters, three chickens, two dogs, and a cat—basically, my house is like a mini zoo!
I’m so excited to be here and make sure you walk out of Feather and Fringe looking and feeling amazing! Can’t wait to give you the brows of your dreams!

Tracey Duarte
My name is Tracey Duarte and I have been an Esthetician since 2012. My specialties are expert brow waxing and threading, creating the perfect shades of brow tinting and staining, body waxing, spray tanning, lash lifts and brow laminations.
Forming a trusting client relationship is my top priority and listening to your “brow story” helps us both get a better understanding of your brow goals.
I am privileged to say, my career is also my passion! It never feels like a job to me! I truly enjoy contributing to the confidence my clients have when they leave the salon!

From social media guru to store manager, Kendall brings to Feather & Fringe a wide array of skills! You’ll see her big smile behind the counter, checking in & out clients! Outside of the salon, Kendall’s reviewing new restaurant’s, trying new workout classes and spending time with family & friends!

Sarah Golden
Hi, I’m Sarah, a licensed esthetician since 2018, specializing in makeup artistry, brow shaping, spray tans, lash lifts, full-body waxing, and facials. My purpose as an esthetician is to empower my clients, boost their confidence, and help them feel their absolute best.
I’m passionate about creating a fun, safe space where my clients feel comfortable and supported. I take the time to truly understand each person’s unique beauty goals and needs, ensuring every service is personalized to them.
Since I was a child, I’ve dreamed of working in the beauty industry, and now I’m lucky enough to live that dream. When I’m not helping my clients shine, you can find me cheering on my favorite sports teams or hanging out with my dog.
